      "Working with your colleagues and helping each other is a great feeling, especially when you're putting in long hours—12 to 14 hours a day. Every day is a continuous challenge, but the support makes it worthwhile."

      Cons

      Managers often overload you with projects, and there are too many meetings during the day, which leaves little time to complete your work. By the end of the day, you’re left with only a few hours to finish everything. Employees may claim that you were rude to them, which could lead to your termination, as managers often believe the employee over the supervisor.
