      Pros

      Management is not on top of you, pay is really good for the work you do and overtime pay is really generous.

      Cons

      One of the worse management I have seen in a company. They come up with new rules everytime they want to and all supervisor treat you like you are worthless.

      -Paid lunches -Rotating Schedule -Easy Job -You can work on one of your off days for some overtime. -Safety bonuses

      Cons

      -Working Overnight ( I don’t mind it however) -30 hours is considered full time -After working here for 3 years you would no longer qualify for a raise unless company changes minimum wages

      I have never come across many issues that weren't resolved by just talking to my supervisors.
