Long hours and have to work at least one weekend day. Back breaking work at times. If you like staying physically active though and working a lot, this is a great job.

Pay and benefits are great and you can work your way into a store manger position without a degree as long as you have the ability yo learn grow and evolve into a management position it requires a high emotional IQ and the ability to do heavy lifting

Cons

It is a position ghat requires extreme heavy lifting You are te was hired to be the leader as well as know your HR rules You are re as tired to work a minimum of 50 hours a week but end up working more
