Management can sometimes be unreliable, heavy workload due to few employees

I had a close family member die, I called out of work and shut off my phone for the day, I was apparantly still expected in for a 4 hour shift afterwards I didn't know about but honestly? After seeing my Aunt on a slab and seeing her lawyer and the doctor for her autopsy, wasn't able to talk to anyone, this company had me scheduled back to work on a Tuesday, even though my boss reached out to me on Monday and asked how I was doing and I answered honestly there was no response, I checked my schedule after having gone out of town to make sure my aunts corpse was taken care of at the funeral home she had set up, and found out my schedule had been deleted while I was out of town. While I was technically on bereavement. Oh did I mention I am the Only Registered Native American that was on thier roster at the time? Feels like I was under the radar from the start.
