Pros
Great hours and decent pay. Healthcare/dental/eye and 401k after 90days. Training was decent till they cut it down even more.
Cons
With ahead rolling out its been very difficult. Leadership is not in unison. Ask one leader get one answer ask another and get a completely different answer. Rate feels unattainable after ahead rolling out. See people dropping off a lot since training has been reduced and rate feels unattainable.
