Pays very well and give good raises. if your an Extremely hard worker and like competition and works well under pressure this might be a good fit for you

Cons

very hard work your are contently pushed to be faster and more efficient they time most everything you do it can be very stressful. There is allot of hard labor involved with this job. Its always a completion someones always trying to move up and its always in the air that someones getting fired so your constantly on edge so be careful what you say to people stick to you self and do your job. there is a very high turnover rate alot of people quit before they even really get started. Its alot of work physically and mentally

Very competitive pay and benefits, even for the lowest paid employees. Time flies, and there never is a dull moment. This is a great opportunity to grow professionally and personally, as they prefer to promote from within.

Cons

Work is always fast paced, and can be very challenging at times. You have to be able to accept criticism, and learn from it.

Great pay especially if you are committed to putting in some years at ALDI. Advantages for knowing managers at several locations in your area when you don't get scheduled many hours.

Cons

They work you to the bone! I have NEVER seen or heard of anyone retiring from Aldi. Overall not a career choice just a job.
