There is workplace bullying, favoritism, and mental and emotional abuse. There's excessive-performance monitoring, overly harsh or unjust criticism, poor employee communication and relationships, extensive micromanagement, and expressing repeated distrust and spreading of unwanted gossip. When you tell management what is happening, they tell you, "Do not be so sensitive." Management also has their favorites, and god forbid if their favorite person is bullying and toxic. They do not care and will make you quit. The worst experience I've ever had. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Some people have a great experience but the majority of them do not. The corporate office is a revolving door. They lack respect and integrity.
