Pros

Pay is good, extra £4 when you're running the shift, unless a salaried manager is in

Cons

The time targets that are set for all employees to work deliveries are ridiculous. As far as training once you have been promoted to DSM, you get very little formal training and your training hours are generally used to hit OE targets instead of actually training you. You are thrown into the deep end and given very little support, encouragement or positivity.
