Pros

Everyone already knows the salary is good for Retail, management think because of this they can treat you poorly. Benefits package is decent as you get money off cinema etc. Holiday allowance is also good.

Cons

Management are lazy bullies who get off on belittling people. Supposed to know rotas 4 weeks in advance but they constantly get changed. No work / life balance. Constantly the treat of being 'written up' for literally anything.
