Pros

Decent pay compared to many other supermarkets.

Cons

Incredibly high expectations in all areas for the workers. Need to hit impossible times on different tasks (taking all bread for the day off pallets and onto shelves within an hour while also helping customers and working tills if necessary) as well as meet ridiculous rates of "items scanned per hour" on the tills, despite the fact that this rate is often majorly impaired by customer speeds.
