- Corporate is making the job harder every month without an increase in pay. - $16 an hour is not that special any more compared to what pay used to be a year ago. Most locations offer almost $16 for almost a fraction of the effort and labour needed. - Extremely labourious. The first couple of months will be miserable until you build up the muscles, and management and corporate will always give you more tasks and less time to do them. - Part timers get least priority for hour and inconcistent hours. Last week i had only 4 hours, this next week I have as much hours as full timers. Full time also dont actually get their full 40 hours, usually only 30-37 hours a week. Part time was advertised as 30/hr a week, so that was a massive lie. - You cannot be hired as only a stocker or only a cashier. Everyone does everything, irregardless of what your job title is. I am hired as a stocker, but I have gone weeks only doing cashiering. It's not that bad but its quite misleading.
