Great pay and benefits, and an efficient management system.

Cons

The policies in place are great and fair in theory, however are not always followed or enforced as they should be. There can be a lack of communication between management and employees as well.

Pros

Excellent pay, excellent benefits, management that understands you also have a personal life. Overall a great place to work especially for moms and college students.

Cons

can be a bit like being in high school sometimes with the childishness of some of the employees and their little clicks. Also, you have to work 3 out of 6 weekends every rolling 6 weeks, so expect to work weekends.
