well there is a list for cons, too much hard work No break and on the name of business requirement treat you like a slave No respect Bullying Mental Harassment Interview arrange and publish on the name of ASM (Assistant Store Manager) but hire you as TSM and no hope or security for the position after 3 years of ridiculous waste of time position and worst Management system ever

The work is demanding, upper management does not care about you, very results driven, NO help when needed. No promotion from store management.
