Pros

Pay is good and your team is great if you can build it yourself.

Cons

ZERO work life balance. Upper management demands demands demands while they suck the benefits of you killing your self daily and on your days off to make numbers look great. You are replaceable, even if you work your tail off. You can give 110% and upper management will ask you where the other 90% is. No more growth past store manager. Company concept is there but the values are no longer prominent. Company is going downhill unfortunately.

Pros

Pay okay and enjoyed the teams I worked with. Able to grow with company over course of 7 years.

Cons

Demanding hours and cuts to hours allowed to staff cause burnout in much of team. Pushed to constantly provide higher numbers with less resources. Work not valued by upper management and lack of humanity in communication.
