      Pros

      Small but expanding organization. Nice place to start career.

      Cons

      Poor Management especially one anonymous notorious Country Director. Bad attitude, unprofessional, incompetent and full of witchhunting. Mistreats lower level employees and seems to derive extreme pleasure from that. Perpetually in trouble with professionals who know their rights and do not want to be pushed around. So many have had to quit because of disagreements with this gentleman.

      Pros

      ARC is relatively small which allows the individual more influence than they would have in bigger organizations. Great opportunity to grow for fresh graduates.

      limited opportunities to grow for more experienced, Senior Management Team members

      Interesting projects. Meaningful and rewarding work

      Under-qualified senior management. Very high turnover in some country programs. They do treat their staff (both national and international) with very low consideration, working and living conditions are ofter horrendous
