Company has good ethics and culture Supportive when it comes to growth Supports you with certificate based on if qualified Supportive in work life balance

Cons

The only con that I could think of is being laid off due to company wide financial struggles. There was severance pay and it was only for 2 weeks of pay. Otherwise I did not find anything bad about this company.

Pros

Good coworkers. They made it bearable but the management leaves something to be sorely desired. The only way to get promoted or avoid being laid off is to be a suck up.

Cons

Management is bad. Senior level leadership is very self centered and lateral movement is non existent for people. Severely underpaid for the actual work you do.
