There are alot of unprofessional people that work here. The leadership falls short and turnover is high.

Pros

The team I was on was ok..... got to work outside and overtime was mandatory, so the little amount of money they offer seems like a lot when all you do is work 150hr a paycheck.

Cons

Everything from management to the actual team I was on. There was NO, and I mean NO, training at all. First I was interviewed by 3 different teams and had to drive to Geely (40 miles) just to talk about the potential position. Finally, the last interview was on zoom and was told in my acceptance letter that I would gain a Truck to drive to and from home and I would also be provided tools. NO PPE There was No protective Eye care. There are no gloves, There were no tool bags or razors. I was told at least once a week I would receive tools and did once in a while when I needed them in the field. The team I was on 2 of them, one was very sexual and kept making horrible remarks about women. Then the other team expected me to ask question about how to do my job (no training) every couple minutes or so then after the first week of bing in the field the Forman got super upset with me and told me that I could not have the truck that was given to me but that I had to earn IT??????? I would see every employee except myself show up to the yard in an allow truck except me, I drove my personal vehicle (not apart of deal) to the Greeley yard (45 Miles) every day my gas wear and tear on my vehicle but to show up to work and every day be treated like CRAP.... I'm 40 years old, and Plant technician sounds good until you have done a day or two, I did 4 months. After broken promise to broken promise to being treated like absolute crap, I finally had to go. NO truck, No 3 Month performance eval, management has no idea what is going on.. At least 3 days out of the week, my Forman was drunk or intoxicated. Shared a truck to get to and from the sites, was smoking weed vapor in the truck. No work would be completed .and when work was finally getting completed, team would watch me and one other guy to clean up and make sure everything is where it was supposed to be while the crew sat in their trucks and got A.C. I was let go for bing 6 min late even have the video. Told my boss I was tired I work from 7 am to sometimes 7 to 8 pm plus the drive back to my home then another hr in the morning, no consideration of life>>>> Working M-F with sat and sun off made it impossible for me to get anything done appointment wise. So health and the mechanics of my vehicle got placed on hold. HORRIBLE company, you are a number not a human and I would not recommend to anyone to work here. The $21 a hr to pull fiber out of the ground was not worth it, but what it did to me physically will never amount to how I was treated mentally. If I had a lawyer, I would want to know if this is normal if this was ok because I have never been treated so unfairly and so inconsiderate then I had when I was working with "ALLO" .
