2yOver the past 20 years, ALLO has been fortunate to expand our markets to nearly 40 communities across Nebraska, Colorado, and Arizona. It’s been an exciting ride as an ALLO teammate to be a part of the growth! We regularly send out company-wide surveys to teammates to try to keep a pulse on how to keep employee engagement, collaboration and growth at the forefront as we expand. We appreciate your feedback!

2yTwice a year, performance reviews are conducted to discuss achievements and ensure each employee is in a role they feel engaged in. Role changes (including promotions) occur to find the right position for each employee and one of our biggest sources of hiring is from within. ALLO teammates are encouraged to bring any issues, questions, or role change interest to their biweekly meetings with their manager to discuss.
