      Pros

      Relatively generous paid time off. Generally friendly customer base. Made consistent strides with simplifying the back end processes for day-to-day work.

      Cons

      Very unintuitive software makes simple tasks easy needlessly time-consuming so you can tick every superfluous little box. Customers frequently ask about when their line is going to be buried, which we almsot never have concrete timetables on.

      Great people, benefits are decent and pay is average.

      Cons

      Hot Desks, meaning people share desks - absolutely degusting. They treat you like cattle and just want you to work don't care about your well being.

      Upward movement is non-existent and interdepartmental communication could be much better for all the meetings that’s management likes to have.
