Base salary is low compared to peers outside of ALM. No cost of living increases.

Nice, professional group of co-workers who did their best to put out a strong product.

Cons

Management does not have a coherent plan and the only response to any difficulty is launch another round of layoffs. Pay had become increasingly uncompetitive; management apparently believes people should be happy to work for low pay in an unstable environment.
