Pros
The owner is in his 80's and comes to work everyday. He treats everyone like family.
Cons
The company use to be flexible, understanding family values, but since a new leader was appointed times have changed. In less than two years she found a way to lose four staff members with five or more years experience. The new team leadership skills are non existent unless you are a male she could flirt with. She does minimal work and piles more on her CSR staff but forbids overtime. She has created an environment that makes you not want to get up and go to work anymore.
