I am one of many A.L.P. employees who have been here for over 10 years. We stay because it’s a great place to work and an ethically run company. It is a family-owned business and truly feels like a family. The company is committed to investing in the business, so we have the latest production technology and a steady stream of new products. We have a corporate commitment to continuous improvement and a huge emphasis on safety. Most of all, I like that we are all expected to step up, but in return are treated with gratitude and respect.
