Work is steady and the people are friendly. There is a strong emphasis on safety and thinking of the next person in most of the work.
Cons
Sometimes the management's timing is off on scheduled tasks leaving several employees with nothing to do but wait. Some employees are required to do things which are well outside their position's description and make up for what engineering or management should have handled.
