- team of professionals, team leaders are truly leaders - modern equipment, if you a tech guy, you will have access to many cool engineering stuff - company follows all modern production procedures, work process organised well - senior management is hearing, you suggestions will be heard
Cons
- salaries and bonuses are non-competitive (Kazakhstan) - HR department is interested in cost optimisation more then employees satisfaction and personal development, company has issues with brain drain
