Pros

Large Company with many benefits and flexible with work location. Alstom Signaling has a firm footprint in Europe and growing in North America.

Cons

Alstom seems to be so focused on reporting and process that they can move towards a loss in some of their customer centricity and turning a blind eye to employees 60 hour work weeks to try to make up for the time.

Good practices and a solid business model.

Cons

Too much instability in reorg and nominating responsibilities. No real fluid partnership with customers. Too much oriented GM rather than people long-term assets and added values.
