Pros

steady work, not working outside,

Cons

VERY stressful! There is a horrible Moral among everyone. Everyone is extremely understaffed, undertrained. They hire no one with a mechanical backgroud to build multimillion dollar public tansporation vehicles. Walmart greeter to wiring & assembling these cars. WAY too many many managers and not enough experienced builders. To top it off, many of the Managers do not know what their roles or expectations are. You have to rummage around the office to find a wire or monitor to hook up your computer equipment, no pens, paper, post-its, staples etc..... No IT support on site, there is ONE person for 3 pittsburgh sites. No new technology used to provide quality reporting or managing. The list goes on....

Work life balance is very poor. Not the best place for people with families. Little understanding of customer expectations. (Nordic countries) Low transparency (No go In the North) Difficult to develop on a professional level due to high workload.
