      Pros

      Most colleagues are helpful. International environment. Good location, closer to train station. Work life balance most of the time

      Cons

      Many mgmt are there not because they are good but because they have a strong sponsor. HR tries to avoid tasks. The only thing they work very hard is to cut the salary during negotiation without any fear to lose people. Low salary before you jump into mgmt level. No body cares about your career path because they are busy to manage theirs.

      low salary, long working hour too much stress and promotion system is quite poor and people take advantage of it
