      Pros

      A place that you can learn a lot with interaction with all departaments. Alstom university is also great.

      Cons

      Chalenges are related to the inappropriate personal interests from some small groups that affect the performance of others in a wrong way for those who that are not member of that small group. Internal politic problems that affect career.
