      Very stable company, with good prospective. One could have very attractive package.

      Cons

      lot of procedures, like in the army:). Not so flexible in processes, lack of communication between different units.

      Lots of opportunities internally, great place to move around various positions and the benefits are great. Good systems in place

      Cons

      If you are naturally ambitious, you can get carried away and affect your work life balance. The supply chain department can be very high paced so not stress free.
