      great flexibility, people, opportunities, and culture.

      Cons

      compensation is a little on the low end, never a slow period, can leave home on a moment's notice.

      Pros

      Good place to get a great knowledge of manufacturing. Overall a great place to work, but it is a start up location so it has issues.

      Cons

      I do not have to many down sides as of right now, but a lack of transfer of knowledge would be my only concern.
