      Their tests are low quality

      Pros

      Flexibility, easy on-boarding, and a timely paycheck.

      Cons

      Some of their tests are created by sub-par language instructors. Even after multiple attempts to fix mistakes, management never took it up seriously. Their Uzbek reading test is utter nonsense. Even after multiple native speaking test-takers have complained, management never reviewed nor tried to fix the existing gaps. They have similar problems in other languages as well.

      Pros

      The staff is great. The culture is awesome. And there is a lot of support from the staff along with flexibility. The best part about this company is that there is a lot of transparency between upper management and staff.

      Cons

      None that I can really think of. I mean, everyone has their own office and the location is great. You work right across the street from a MARTA station and then Lenox Mall. You are not micromanage by anyone and the company culture is relaxed.
