Pros

Large scope of opportunities, jobs and client, locations. Allow to accumulate diverse experience without having to wait for internal mobility opportunity in a big company.

Cons

Quite poor salary package, not a good image amongst engineering peers, and you will not often been given responsabilities corresponding to your level of skills / experience by a client. The same for recognition...

Pros

- get you a job really fast if they have client who wants you - get you a chance to step in the area where there are quite a lot of opportunities

Cons

- lowest salary amount all the consulting companies in the area (Sophia Antipolis) - lie about actual salary and living cost - little improvement for career - ignorance from management (who have no idea of your working performance etc, just managing paper work so that you get a contract from their client. They are doing nothing more than work agency's job) - hire large percentage of foreigners so that they have no idea how much themselves really worth
