If you're lucky enough, you get to work on projects not in Alten's premises. So you almost never see them

Cons

- Low salary compared to what they get paid by their clients - No salary raise, although positive feedback from clients - Shady onboarding (omission on compensations & benefits) - ZERO interest in their employees
