There’s no growth, only designation tags and you still have to work as a fresh engineer!

* you might meet nice people in the same situation

Cons

* lot of promises during the interviews, none respected * I was not even welcomed, they just gave me a pc * I didn't feel like I was a human, just a working item for the managers * I got ghosted by the manager as soon as i stepped in the premises

- Ability to work at a different company every once in a while - Get training based on your personal career path - Possible to work at big companies around Eindhoven

Cons

- If the urgence is not big, they like to keep you at a client - Your career path can be steered in advantage of the company - YOU are the product, as always with consultancy - Connection of employee to the company is weak - Monthly meetings (non-payed) are not mandatory, but not being there is used as argument to keep salary raise lower - Management was changed without proper explanation -
