They just terminated my contract while I was active in a project without giving any reason. My so called manager didn’t inform the higher management and HR with my project extension and project bonuses used to be delayed and I had to ask for them once in a while. There is no development or career advancement. They want to reduce costs, so they get rid of people like napkins without any compensation. After termination, they contacted me to move to another business unit, I went to have an interview with the customer which went very well, and they were confident I would get the project opportunity, but they stopped replying to my messages for feedback “they invented ghosting in professional life” It’s now left to the court 🤞
