Previously Syncroness, I've enjoyed working with the company here for over a decade. Company culture always supports a healthy work/life balance and I've never had a single issue, flexing my company time to be able to support my family. They trust me that I'll get the work done that needs to be done. Contract engineering for product development, so over the years I've had the opportunity to work on projects from aerospace, to aviation, to medical, to energy to consumer goods.
Cons
The business is contract engineering, so so a high degree what's available to work on is dependent on what the sales team brings in.
