I have absolutely no pros to list.
Cons
Initially... it sounds like a great opportunity to work on different projects without you risking not being paid after the project with the client ends... However, this is not at all the case. Despite not being able to find me a project when the first one ended, they fire me right after, with a huge lack of empathy or I'd even say respect... A 2-minute call without trying to negotiate a different position, a lower salary, or anything but leaving the employee that just wanted to further evolve in the career, with nothing. Lack of integrity, and transparency. Lack of humanity when firing people, Nothing of what they "sell" you as truth in the recruitment process, does check out.
