- Very good extra activities (including team building, cookie days, parties) - Fruits - Flexible schedule

Cons

- after 6 months you are going to become bored - small complexity of tasks - almost no chances for evolution in career for an engineer - a lot of security issues due to the lack of IT administration procedures

Good Place to start a career but growth and salary wise it's average. Work Culture is good and person can work for 2-3 years of his career in this company.

Cons

Onsite opportunities are not very frequent for the junior employee. Salary and technology wise an average company. Appraisal rate is not very good.
