Good timings. Nice incentive paids. Good work location. On time salary. Totally japanese professional culture. Good work ethics.

No canteen and available food is bad. On job work.

Great company to work for. Great training. Pay may not be the best but it compensates for the amount of downtime. Helpful co workers and managers.

Cons

Pay a little low. Japanese driven. Must do what Japan says.
