      Pros

      Everyone is welcoming and easy to get along with. Inclusive work environment. Modern facility which is completely climate controlled and safe. Very good and inexpensive health benefits. Healthy work/ life balance. Strong HR and Senior Management personnel. Open Door policy. No micromanaging. Easy workload and quality training.

      Pros

      Great Entry level job and pay for any welder coming out of school. Learn as much as you can and find yourself a better paying job after you've put in the time

      Cons

      The only way you'll move up as a welder after top pay is if you become lead. But management would rather assign a temp to do lead man work to save the company money rather than assign an actual employee. Also, too much drama within management and favoritism. Can't afford to support family off wage here

      Only pros about this job is the you can get to accumulate vacation and sick time weekly for every 40 hrs 1.5 hours for sick and vacay. The benefits are ok and holidays we get off.

      Cons

      no Opportunity for moving up everyone basically gets paid the same no matter how long you work there. And a lot of favoritism you have to be a kiss up to the bosses. People in there who were the worst people but completely change when the boss is around. And seem to be the favorite for bringing gossip. And YOU GET NO BONUSES. No life out side of work 6 to 6 everyday. Mandatory.Everyone there speak gossip on the boss but keeps it to themselves cause that’s how much favoritism there is.
