Good benefits No micro managing Nice co workers

Cons

-CANNOT GROW AND GET RAISES IN THIS COMPANY - no proper training on how to actually learn install and troubleshoot machines, they expect you to just “figure it out” - you never know what your day is gonna look like - basic salary is HORRIBLY, PAINFULLY and SHAMEFULLY low to what they expect you to do.

Good colleagues and good managers Provide allowances like car allowance and patrol card for engineer to travel. Flexible working hours.

Cons

Limited career advancement. Company salary increment of engineer is too slow even engineers sales performance is good. Low basic salary due to high allowance. It is no worthy since the bonus rate given based on the basic salary.
