Stable environment, lacks room for growth

Pros

Has been a comfortable place to work. Up until early 2026, job security has been all but guaranteed. Responsibilities are reasonable.

Cons

We were recently bought out by private equity, so the future is uncertain, regardless of their optimism of leadership. Salaries are stale and greatly outpaced by inflation. Performance reviews are paused until 2027.

Very competent hard working Application Engineers.

Cons

Low pay, management plays head games lots of gossiping they accept as gospel. Poor management don’t understand the business. Terrible sales progress and process. Old proprietary products that has hampered there success in the market. Environment that promotes “age discrimination “ toxic culture.
