Managers will backstab you and take your business, cannot collaborate with other managers only your reporting manager, little to no training, mainly reselling and integrating other company products, managers will walk by your cube and say disrespectful things, upcharge for no reason, sales goals are almost impossible to reach first year, bait and switch, harassment, always changing mission or message, upper management is all family related somehow, very little to no black or Hispanic workers

Top-down management style with nepotism at the core of the company. Long story short the VP is the nephew of the President. The CEO is merely a figurehead and the spouse of the president (the one who holds real power). The work culture is very toxic and do not expect to be promoted unless you decide to throw your morals away or if you are related to the family. Most if not all managerial positions are held by family members. Read between the lines and see the red tape that is littered throughout the company.
