Company executives are warriors fans.

Cons

Lack of honesty and transparency throughout the company. Executives act like letting employees know the basic information about the company is the worse things possible. So much bad blood between departments. Betrayal and throwing employees under the bus is a common activity for executives. Unproductive office culture. Constant misdirection from executives. Lies and deceit to use and pin employees against others. Overall disrespect toward employees. Uncompetitive pay and benefits. Uninspiring workplace. Low moral. Disrespectful executives limiting progress. Minimal PTO. Choosing this place is a mistake.

Cons

Stuffy culture, when business slows they go on firing sprees then waste resources re-hiring and re-training shortly thereafter.
