Had some really supportive colleagues who made my initial transition easy.

Cons

No proper leadership from top level or is there a proper organizational structure. Systems are outdated and constantly failing. HR policies are unclear, and employee wellbeing is not respected. Family-run management that prioritizes favoritism over professionalism. Lack of transparency and accountability at all levels. Poor salary & No appraisals for years

bad impression working with the head of dept of Quality Engineer and below worker. their team has displayed negative attitude toward other coworkers . while they are lack of knowledge as a Quality Engineer but refuse to take advice and refuse to work on their job. Finally we, Engineers take all the responsibility of their mistake and cover quality's tasks
