Late hours, hard work, terribly underpaid, unpredictability of the industry, and the worst and meanest customers on the planet. People get really mad when you ruin their movie experience.

No sick/personal days, always open (365 days of the year), work holidays, late work nights, expect too much at minimum wage pay, few opportunities for advancement, long periods of time where it's just you and coworkers handling everything, communication between managers to supervisors to crew is bad, pressured to sell annual memberships, which if you don't sell enough you lose your job. No appreciation for all the work you do.
