      Corporate politics killed my soul

      Pros

      Several people who worked there were the most talented I've ever worked with (I worked at the corporate office...middle management).

      Cons

      Managers and directors were ethically corrupt and very disrespectful people. Several times I had my bonus reduced because supervisor lied about my involvement in several of my projects (my bonus was performance based...so they hold all the cards there). Supervisor was pretty much a horrible person on every level.

      Pros

      Great employee benefits. Good work life balance. Flexible time. Mature Organization. Fun and lively environment. AMC invests in latest technologies and always keeps itself updated. Great place to keep your skills updated.

      Cons

      Open office layout encourages collaboration but becomes too noisy at times to concentrate on work. Sometimes it is just to easy to get distracted with side conversations. Performance review process needs a make over.

      Pros

      (I am just going to list off things so excuse my lack of "complete sentences") free movies, cool people, fast pace, easy to learn job, opportunity of advancement, flexible scheduling, great places to advance skills, consist movement of positions (so no getting bored)

      Cons

      low pay, low number of hours, may get overwhelming busy at times (but you just gotta push through!), rude customers (but you become immune after awhile, plus you get customer service experience)
