Pros

Free movies, popcorn and soda, discounted snacks.

Cons

Although located in a mall, you may be expected to stay out LATE, especially on weekends. When I worked there, I was in high school and my supervisor really didn't care that I had school at 7:30 AM; they would sometimes keep us (high school kids) out until 1 AM on a school night. They're not great about giving breaks; under 18, there are mandatory 30 minute breaks every four hours, but everyone else would be lucky if they got 15 minutes in an eight-hour shift. The "crew member" position is basically a glorified janitor; you will clean trash, bathrooms, sometimes vomit and feces. Finally, there is hardly ANY hope of moving up/getting raises.
