      Friendly workers free movies watch movies before it comes out

      Cons

      Very bad pay no room to move up hours are horrendous it's open all year round and doesn't close early EVER

      Pros

      Very flexible scheduling Give you time off whenever you need, except holidays when they most need you great location (downtown chicago) Very respectful supervisors great beginner training

      Cons

      They dont praise your hard work Have to work a long time to get promoted Very expensive and a lot of customer complaints (but they still buy!)

      Pros

      Free Movies Flex Schedules Not Much To Offer

      Cons

      Besides the free movies, you got greedy management along with 60 hr work weeks (no overtime) plus strict rules and a lot of b.s.. I really recommend not working for them ever. But if you must, experience it for yourself, be prepared to quit.
