      Pros

      You get the perks of free movies if you work there.. that's about all I can think about.. I worked here during college and it was great to get on the list to see free shows..

      Cons

      lack of organization, mismanaged scheduling, was not very hygenic at all

      Pros

      Nice to work with everybody here. Good managers and good associates. Overall, the work is easy, unless it's a really busy week, and you get the benefit of watching free movies in any AMC theatre within your state. It can be fun at times as well. We recently had a staff arty celebrating AMC's 90th anniversary.

      Cons

      The only problem I have is the computerized scheduling that they use. You might schedule yourself for 24 hour weeks, but they computer will only schedule you for 5 to 8 week. This does not bring in much money to the bank. This has been happening to a few other employees as well. There does not seem to be much the managers can do about it.
